Maintenance

Nothing maintenance related this month. Sorry to disappoint! Haha. I know a lot of you are really interested in hearing maintenance advice from the guy who takes care of the maintenance. But instead, I’m using this month's letter to discuss storage.

I’ve noticed that a lot of the houses I look after have an abundance of summer toys and recreational items in garages and basements. I imagine most of your summers are filled with planning activities and family outings, so storage may

not be much of a concern while out of town. As of recently, I

realized I may be able to help with some of the clutter. Don’t

get me wrong though, I’m organized on the management side,

not so much on the household side. That’s my wife’s forte.

She’s legit. When I put something down on the counter, it

disappears within 5 minutes. And somehow, she always knows

exactly where it ended up. 

I mentioned to a client recently that I’d be happy to purchase some shelves for her garage and assist with organizing. The offer seemed to be helpful and of interest. I’d like to extend the offer to everyone. If you feel you could use some organizing and storage, I could put some shelving and bins together. My wife, Jenna, would assist me with the organization of the items and when you return back to your properties you may find that you have a lot more free space available.
